All items come packaged in a gift box with ribbon and Brette Jewelry tag.
SHIPPING
We offer shipping via UPS. Ground Shipping is $8.75. Free ground shipping within the continental U.S.A on orders over $150. You will receive your UPS tracking number via email.
All items are handmade to order, based on your customizations. Please allow an extra 5 business days in addition to shipping time.
If you need your item sooner, please contact brette@brettejewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 10 days of receipt of item. Sale and customized orders cannot be returned. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for any shipping with store credit or exchange. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn. A return authorization number must be issued by Brette Jewelry prior to return and marked on the outside of the package. If you do not obtain a return authorization number, package will be refused. Item must be shipped in a cardboard box with protective cushioning inside. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please include insurance when returning your order as Brette Jewelry will not be responsible for lost packages or damaged items.

REPAIRS
We will gladly make complimentary repairs if necessary up to 45 days after purchase. If repairs need to be made due to normal wear and tear after 45 days, there will be a small charge. Please contact customerservice@brettejewelry.com to discuss.
